A 4-step overview for sellers

1. Prepare

Before you sell your home you need to figure out when and for how much. I will help you determine the optimal strategy for selling for your home for the best return possible. There are many other important factors such as assessing your finances, where you are moving to, and preparing your home for sale. Once you have all of this in order you will feel confident listing your home.


2. Marketing

I have the experience and expertise to price a home accurately. Once your home’s asking price is determined and a listing agreement is signed, your house will be ready to market.

I will host open houses in addition to featuring quality photos of your home in traditional print media and online through social media platforms, a MLS listing available to Realtors and on MLS.CA for public. Their proven marketing plan draws serious buyers to get you an offer as quickly as possible at the best possible price.

3. Offer

Negotiating can be tricky without the aid of a Realtor. I will act as your advocate between you and the buyer by representing your interests while maintaining a professional approach.


4. Closing

With the help of a lawyer or notary, I will help to ensure you have all of your legal paperwork in order, your lawyer/notary will co-ordinate your proceeds in what’s called the “statement of adjustments” and set up a time to come in and sign the paperwork. Now all that’s left is to start packing!
